PolkaPaw is operated by Mowey Studio Pty Ltd, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.
Orders & pricing
All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a pricing error has occurred. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. By completing checkout you authorise the charge shown at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We ship from Sydney, Australia. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Free shipping applies to all orders.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing hello@polkapaw.com. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@polkapaw.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, and the PolkaPaw name — is owned by Mowey Studio Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Mowey Studio Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
